Maits

AURA - Al Umeed Rehabilitation Association for Cerebral Palsy is delighted to announce its recent collaboration with MAITS - Multi Agency International Training Support. Strengthening its commitment to enhancing the quality of care and support for individuals with cerebral palsy, AURA embarked on a collaborative journey with MAITS and MALC (Methodist Church's All Pakistan Centre for People with Disabilities) in December. During this fruitful partnership, MAITS provided in-person training sessions, bringing together six skilled therapists from AURA and three therapists from MALC. The training sessions were designed to enhance the therapists' knowledge, skills, and expertise in providing specialized care for individuals with cerebral palsy. The collaborative effort focused on various aspects, including advanced therapeutic techniques, individualized care plans, and innovative approaches to support and empower individuals with cerebral palsy to reach their fullest potential. The interaction and knowledge exchange between the therapists from AURA and MALC, combined with the expertise of MAITS trainers, created a dynamic learning environment that fostered growth and professional development. The impact of this collaboration is already evident in the enhanced services provided by AURA to its beneficiaries. The therapists' enriched skill sets have resulted in improved outcomes for individuals with cerebral palsy, enabling them to lead more fulfilling lives and participate more actively in their communities. As AURA continues its journey of empowerment and inclusivity, it remains dedicated to forging meaningful partnerships and seeking innovative approaches to provide the best possible care and support for those it serves. The collaboration with MAITS stands as a testament to AURA's unwavering commitment to the well-being and development of individuals with cerebral palsy, embodying the organization's vision of a society where every individual is valued and included.
